ShopBeat is a team collaboration app for Shopify merchants. It gives your store staff an Instagram-style feed inside Shopify admin — so you can post, tag, and discuss products, orders, collections, customers, and images without leaving your workflow.

Store teams lose context when feedback lives in Slack threads, email chains, or sticky notes. ShopBeat keeps every conversation tied to the actual store asset your team is working on, with visual posts, @mentions, image tagging pins, and notifications — all embedded in the admin you already use.

Who it's for

ShopBeat is designed for Shopify merchants with multiple staff members — owners, merchandisers, support agents, and anyone with admin access who needs to coordinate on store operations.

What ShopBeat is not

• ShopBeat is an internal team tool. Your customers never see the feed.
• ShopBeat does not modify your storefront, theme, or checkout.
• ShopBeat does not track shoppers or place cookies on your online store.

Built for Shopify

ShopBeat is built on Shopify's app platform with native resource pickers, admin action extensions, and billing through Shopify. It requests only the API scopes needed to attach store assets to posts and display them in your team feed.
